Partner Bruce Paulsen will be a featured speaker at the 31st Biennial Tulane Admiralty Law Institute, taking place in New Orleans, Louisiana from March 25 – 27, 2026. This event, titled “Above the Plimsoll Line: Managing Risks in Shipping,” offers a symposium on vessel transit, maritime contracts, insurance, and seismic verdicts.

Bruce will be speaking on the panel “Global Waterways: Tariffs and Port Surcharges, Panama Canal, Suez Canal, and Charter Parties” on Wednesday, March 25 at 11:30 a.m. The panel will cover the topics of tariffs, sanctions, and seizures.
